CapCenter aims to make homeownership a more affordable and less stressful experience for buyers by offering purchasing, selling, and re-financing services. Founded in 1997, the company has approximately 300 employees and is headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia.
O B J E C T I V E
CapCenter was looking for a simple yet high-impact solution to support engaging client interactions, collaboration amongst colleagues working across multiple states, & effective employee training sessions. Conference and training room spaces needed streamlined technology that would provide CapCenter’s team with clear sound, video, and presenting capabilities, helping to make the organization’s day-to-day business processes more efficient.
O U R S O L U T I O N
Productive’s audio-visual team provided CapCenter with a comprehensive conference and training room solution geared towards facilitating efficiency and collaboration. We opted for Crestron’s Flex Video Conference System in each room, enabling users to join meetings through their platform of choice from any location. Touch panels with interfaces unique to CapCenter were designed to act as central control systems for each space. Additionally, we chose to install Shure’s Ceiling Array Microphones and QSC’s Ceiling Mount Loudspeakers for high-fidelity audio experiences.
